If you want to be seated within Central's assigned group seating please reserve your ticket through our Church Teams Text-to-Register no later than October 24th, 2024.

If you choose to purchase a ticket through the Penndel conference website you are responsible for finding your own seating outside of the designated group seating area.

Prices & Due Dates:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No Refunds but transfers are accepted.

LODGING/HOTEL (1 Night Stay for Friday) payment is due Sunday, Sept. 15, 2024.

Note: Each room contains two queen size beds.

*After the lodging/hotel deadline you may need to accommodate your own hotel. Contact Tina or Rebecca for availability or go to https://www.penndelwomen.org/additional-hotels


CONFERENCE TICKET payment is due on Sunday, Oct. 20th, 2024 (must be registered with us on or before August 30th to get the Early Bird rate)

Note: There is an additional $1.50 ticket processing fee that is required for each ticket by Penndel in order to purchase a Penndel Women’s Conference ticket through their ticketing system.

Workshops - Choose your time and your speaker! There will be two workshops held at each time slot with limited seating, so please choose what speaker you would like to hear from when you register.

Reminders and the FRIDAY DINNER MENU is below…

 ·     If your hotel, ticket, or transportation status needs to be updated please resubmit a new form to ensure your changes were documented. Text "HERSHEY" to 610-865-0577 to register with us. Notify Rebecca or Tina of your changes.  

·     If transportation is needed please arrive at the church no later than 8:30am. The bus is departing at 9:00am on Friday, Nov 8th. Central’s itinerary will be emailed to you on Wednesday or Thursday of that week.
